Branch support meetings

These are social meetings as well as an opportunity for people affected by MND, their carers and families to meet others in a similar situation. Refreshments are provided and we are happy to fund transport costs to help people to get to the meetings.

Drop-in anytime & sit in the comfort of your own home & enjoy some company. We are hoping to have a guest speaker for the first 30mins for you to listen to and ask questions. Don't have Zoom? Unsure how to use it? Have communication difficulties which you feel may get in the way? Then contact us either directly or through a loved one & we can assist with this plus we can supply the link to this meeting. Sandy Lambert 07742 943472 sessexmnd.sel@gmail.com

Support After Loss Group

Are you a bereaved carer, who has looked after a loved one with MND?

Support is especially important during these challenging times. Join our support group and connect with others who are coping with loss. The group offers a light touch approach to support you through your grief and reduce isolation. For some people, particularly recently bereaved, attending a virtual group may be too much too soon. For more info, email rachel.norman@mndassociation.org or carmen.brown@mndassociation.org
