Challenges

Would you like to take part in a sponsored event or challenge? New ideas are always welcome. If you are looking for a challenge please get in touch. We can provide sponsor forms, tee shirts, running vests etc.

Sponsors

We couldn’t manage without the generosity of all kinds of organisations across South Essex who have chosen us as their charity of the year or sponsored pieces of specialised equipment.

We are enormously grateful to all these groups. If you or your organisation would like to play a part in this way please contact our treasurer.

Walk to D'Feet MND

Our main fund raising event of the year is the Walk to D'Feet MND along the seafront every May. This is a fun events for everyone, family, friends, those in wheelchairs, children in pushchairs, not forgetting the dogs in the family. The full walk is 10 miles but walkers chose their own distance depending on their fitness and inclination. In nineteen years the South Essex walks have raised over £232,000.
